• 24 October, 2010 E Filing of Service Tax Returns. The MLG Team helped clients file their Service Tax return online, using the www.aces.gov.in website. This is a great facility from the Service Tax Department of CBEC, Ministry of Finance, Government of India. Good paperless system. Prepare in the user friendly Govt of India Excel utility, prepare the XML File, and upload online. Results Successful.

• 28 August, 2010 The MLG , as a part of the FSIA, files the final Analysis and SWOT Reports of the 60th case in the SIDBI-Collateral Free Loan Scheme.

 

• 2th August.2010: MLG Team helps finalise the Professional Tax Return for a client in Banglore

 

• 31st July 2010: Income Tax Returns done. CBDT has extended the last date for the filing of the income tax returns to 4th August 2010.

 

• 31st July 2010: Income Tax Returns - 100% by E-filing only, by the MLG Team this year too. ZERO manual returns this year.

• 12th July .2010: MLG Team helps finalisation of the data and figures for  clients in Faridabad and Gurgaon, Haryana under the pollution department rules. The focus was on getting the requisite permissions as per law.

 

• 07th July .2010: MLG Team helps finalisation of the data and figures for two clients in Haryana under the Construction cess rules. This certificate has been issued at the request of the company to help derive the value on which the cess is to be paid, as per the Building And Other Construction Workers (Regulation Of Employment And Conditions Of Service) Act, 1996. As per these rules 1% of the cost of construction is payable to the Government. This fund is later used by the Govt for the welfare of the workers in this line.

 

• 25th June 2010: MLG Team helps finalise the Municipal Tax Return for clients in New Delhi

 

• 15th June .2010: MLG Team helps co-ordinate the application and approval of Indian Work Visa for some US citizens taking up contractual employment with an Medium scale  Indian company. This company being an existing MLG client approached our team and shared the problems being faced. The MLG team reviewed the Indian Immigration laws, and help prepare the VISA papers. Result - Successful

• 11.4.2010: MLG Team completes the Systems review and I T Audit of the three large branches of the State Bank of India. Major observations made and submitted to the empowered committee.

 

 

19th October 2009

Team successfully completes the Fifteenth Scrutiny Case at Income Tax offices . MLG Team completes the task of representing clients for their legal matters. This year we have reached 60% point. Other cases are also in process of completion.

 

30th September  2009

MLG Team successfully completes all the Tax return compliances and Tax audit report submissions. in the prescribed time.  No delays. Job accomplished. There were some hiccups, including last minute problems

encountered in some cases. But finally, everything was done properly and completely.

 

27th September  2009

10th June  2009

MLG Audit Team successfully completes the Statutory Audit tasks at a prominent Central Co-operative Bank. The Reports handed over to NABARD and Bank representatives.

9th March 2009

MLG Associates is appointed as the Statutory Auditor of a Central Co-operative Bank, for its Head Office and also its 22 branches. This is a matter of great rejoice for the whole MLG Group. This Audit assignment begins today under the able guidance of Vice President ( Bank Audits ) Mr Som Raj Gupta. Mr Gupta recently retired as Asst General Manager, Oriental Bank Of Commerce.

 

2rd March 2009

Mr Jagat Singh, joins MLG Associates as an Audit Team member. Mr Jagat is a MBA( Finance) from the B S Anangpuria Management Institute. He was earlier working with a Rexin Cloth Manufacturing Plant in sector-6, Faridabad.

 

27th February 2009

MLG Associates bags the prestigious order of Internal Audit in a Rs. 60 Crore, Non-Ferrous Automobile Part manufacturer in Faridabad. The company is a part of the reknowned Oswal Electricals Group of Faridabad. MLG Thanks all well wishers and the patron clients. We were referred to this client by our existing clients. We thank our patrons once again for reposing their faith on us.

MLG Team resolves all the Time Barring Income Tax Cases of Clients for the AY 2006-07. In all 23 cases done. All cases with good efforts from all sides, and client satisfaction. Only one case being taken upwards for CIT(Appeal).
